You set your prices and we take no percentage of them. Players reserve through PLOCK and pay you directly — cash or GCash, at your counter. What you are buying is the software to run the day.

THE PART THAT MATTERS
Two people cannot book the same court at the same time. Not "unlikely" — the slot is a uniqueness constraint in the database, so the second booking fails rather than being accepted and apologised for later.
No-shows are handled the same way: three inside sixty days and that player needs your approval before they can book you again. That is what stands in for making everybody prepay.

What a plan costs depends on how many courts you run, so it sits inside the console next to what you are actually using rather than on a poster out here.

A venue that actually works
The front desk, the live board, your whole team, and real bookings — for a couple of courts, with no expiry and no card. Not a trial. If this is the size of your venue, it is the plan.

EVERY PLAN
The things we will not sell you
Verification, accurate availability, and however many staff you put on the counter. A verified badge you could buy would mean “paid” rather than “real”, and charging for the person on the desk would charge you for keeping your own availability honest.
Every venue starts on the top plan for a month, because you cannot judge a console until you have run a real weekend through it. Nothing switches off when it ends — you drop to Free and keep every court and every booking you already have.
CLUBS
Most groups here run on long posts and a comment thread: the time, the price and the court all mixed into a paragraph, and somebody counting heads by hand. A club session here books the court underneath it, so the slot is actually held, everyone can see what they owe before they turn up, and the waitlist promotes itself.
